Robert and Rachel discuss what “Net Neutrality” is, and the opposing viewpoints involved in it as well as the recent decision by the FCC to role back 2015 regulations which dictated what Internet Service Providers (ISPs) could and could not do on their networks concerning speed throttling, blocking, and competition.
