ONE 2 ONE Inc., a local leading computer services and technology consulting firm, has purchased 1.5 acres of land in the Keystone Opportunity Zone in the southern end of Lancaster city to build a technologically advanced office facility. ONE 2 ONE is also currently in discussions with the Economic Development Company of Lancaster for the project. The facility will include a secure network operations center with backup generator and dual internet services, open floor plan with café style eating area, and an exercise room and showers for employees. Groundbreaking for the building is expected to take place in early fall 2011.
The Keystone Opportunity Zone provides businesses with certain state and local tax relief in exchange for locating to previously underdeveloped and underutilized areas, stimulating economic growth and development. In addition, the Keystone Opportunity Zone and the Economic Development Company strive to partner with emerging technology companies in order to stimulate their essential services.
