Can I Use Microsoft Copilot for Free?

No, Microsoft Copilot is sold as a license per user. The standard pricing is available for $30 per user per month; some additional fees may apply.

Additional Details:

  • To deploy Copilot for 365, you must have an active Microsoft 365 subscription
  • Your User Account needs either a Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Business Premium license
  • Copilot requires your data to be in the Microsoft cloud environment (more on this later)

Deploying Microsoft Copilot in Your Work Environment

Copilot can be deployed into your current IT environment in seven steps.

  1. Complete a permission audit on your data
  2. Activate access for Copilot to necessary data sources within Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
