What is “managed” IT support and how can I tell if my current provider is doing it?

How long and difficult is a switch to ONE 2 ONE Managed IT services?
We make switching to ONE 2 ONE easy and efficient. Once you select the response level that is right for you, we contact you to get some information about your business and equipment. We then provide you with pricing and next steps. Once your agreement is active, our “switch kit” process allows us to manage your transition to ONE 2 ONE whether you have never had IT support before or are switching to us from another provider.
When will I be able to tell if a switch to ONE 2 ONE was good for my business?
Right away! We believe in providing an unbelievable experience in every step of our process. Our account management and support teams make sure your system is stable and well documented during our Onboarding phase. We offer “report card” style metrics on your system performance.
