We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at an MSP. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical service requests and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and prioritize service requests from clients and manage the dispatch process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing technical service requests and providing timely updates on progress
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that resources are dispatched to client sites in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that service requests are resolved within established SLAs
  • Manage ticket queues, ensuring that all requests are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and technical requests
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service coordination role, preferably in an MSP environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools, such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of networking, server administration, and other technical areas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
