Are you a self-starter who’s driven to win and excited to reach your goals? As a Business Development Specialist, you are primarily responsible for following our proven process to qualify warm leads, gather pertinent information, and book meetings. WE have the process to generate interested leads, and YOU take it from there!

Additional responsibilities will include assisting with content development, digital marketing, and campaign development. Prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, and stellar follow up skills with an upbeat demeanor are the keys to success with this position.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Represent ONE 2 ONE in the community via events such as conventions, expos, networking events and as directed by management
  • Attend relevant webinars, seminars, conferences, vendor training to keep current on training and industry standards
  • Create, post and maintain social media posts
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding for each company-offered service and product line
  • Execute and maintain automation in our HubSpot and ZoomInfo tool
  • Build and execute on lead generation plans
  • Follow up and follow through on any inbound leads, opportunities, or other company-generated leads for new business
  • Pre-Qualify potential clients based on our client value criteria: Growth, Value, & Change
  • Execute remote/onsite prospect NIST assessment
  • Compile data for NIST assessments for prospective clients
  • Maintain the pipeline of qualified, quantified new sales leads
  • Track, maintain and update leads, contacts and opportunities on a recurring basis for accurate reporting
  • Scheduling of sales meetings
  • Preparation of documentation for sales meetings
  • Assist with working with the marketing firm on ad words, re-targeting, print media and our website
  • Provide administrative sales support to the Sales and Marketing Dept
  • Participate on committee assignments and initiatives, as directed by management
  • Meet or exceed assigned key performance metrics as defined by management

Requirements for the Business Development Specialist role are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s-level degree in Business, Marketing, Communications
  • Technology experience preferred
