As the Service Operations Manager at ONE 2 ONE, you will oversee our NOC, Technical Service and Professional Services teams. The role is responsible for providing continuous development and process improvement, ensuring SLA response times are being met, and managing customer experience with service delivery and technical response.
Lead and oversee the NOC Team and its daily operations for monitoring and maintaining client equipment, backup systems and software, as well as antivirus patches and updates using remote monitoring and management tools.
Support the Account Management team through stellar customer service, top notch analytical and organizational skills, and a can-do attitude!

Put your critical thinking and communication skills to good use as you field incoming support requests and coordinate field service calls for our technicians.
Troubleshoot and resolve service desk and field service support requests.
Process technical alerts from our automated monitoring system and assist end users in resolving basic technical requests.
Design, build, configure, and install hardware, software, and network connectivity for both our customers as well as ONE 2 ONE
Communication is key as you generate new sales leads and turn prospects into lifelong customers.
