EXPECTATIONS

As a Service Coordinator, you will field incoming support requests, schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and level of service, and provide timely communication and accurate documentation to all parties involved. This role is also responsible for check in/out of service parts and tools and vendor liaison communication. Backup coverage for monitoring services is also required as needed.

You will need:

  • 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent job experience
  • Previous call center or dispatching experience preferred
  • 3 years of related work experience
  • 3 years of customer service experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client service focus
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Methodical, process-oriented, strong documentation skills
