As an Account Manager at ONE 2 ONE, you are primarily responsible for retaining and growing our existing client base. You will manage a set number of assigned customer accounts, working to build and foster these key client relationships.
You will work closely with our delivery teams to onboard new clients and set the tone for ongoing relationship management. This role will also prepare and execute on long-term and strategic technology plans and regularly meet with customers to stay connected to their business needs. The role requires exceptional relationship management skills and a strong sales acumen, preferably in the IT industry.

- Bachelor's-level degree and technology experience are required
- Minimum of 2 years of client account management experience
- Strong business acumen with client-focused attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Impressive verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a quote-driven sales environment
