Q. What is a business continuity or disaster recovery plan?
A. A business continuity plan is a written procedure for maintaining business operations after events occur that prevent your workforce from conducting business as usual. This may include a building fire, widespread illness, natural disaster, or theft.
Q. If I already have a business continuity plan, can you still help me review my risk factors?
A. Yes. We can review your prepared business continuity plan to assure that you've accounted for every factor related to your IT. Additionally, we can address any inconsistencies throughout other areas such as workflow, sales life cycle, or business stability.
Q. Is there a fee for consultation?
A. Our initial consultation is free.
Q. How do I schedule a consultation?
A. You can fill out our Discovery Qualification Survey, or contact us at (717) 393-7403. Or, e-mail us at Sales@one2oneinc.com
Q. Do I have to sign a contract with you to use IT Governance or its services?
A. The IT Governance services don't require an ongoing contract.
Q. I already have insurance coverage if something were to happen to my office building. Do I really need further planning?
A. That's great! However, insurance only covers one aspect of business continuity. There are so many other factors to consider that could affect your ability to keep your business running if you can't occupy your office. Take our Discovery Qualification Survey to get started today and find out if you are eligible for a free consultation.
Q. What is the initial IT Governance consultation for?
A. After you complete our Discovery Qualification Survey, we'll review your answers, and also ask additional questions to gain a full understanding of your current situation. Based on your responses, we'll evaluate your current level of risk exposure and recommend the services we can offer.
