Scenario Rhoads Energy, a prominent local energy provider and long-time One2One customer, approached One2One about integrating a Billpay system into their existing family of websites. We met with Rhoads' senior staff to discuss their needs and find the best solution to satisfy their needs. We then worked with our E-Commerce and Payment Gateway vendors along with the customer's bank to create and integrate an easy to use Billpay system for each of their company websites.
The Result The Rhoads Energy family of websites now have a secure, PCI compliant, online Billpay system offering credit card and bank payment processing for their customers' convenience.

Scenario Healthcare Management Control, a company specializing in medical billing practices, was looking for a website that would automate the collection of ambulance bill payments. We worked with HMC's busy owner completely over the phone and via e-mail to develop a design and payment processor that met the company's specific data reporting needs and security concerns.
The Result Healthcare Management Control's ambulance Billpay site now offers their customers a secure, customized, and convenient way to pay their bill online and HMC can process more payments faster and more efficiently than ever before.

Elmwood Property Management November 2008

Scenario Elmwood Property Management, a newly established business at the time, was looking to create a website that would match their existing marketing material and not only advertise their service on the web, but also show off their available properties in a searchable and updateable database. We met with the Elmwood management team to discuss their ideas and desires for the site. Based on our recommendations and their feedback, we created a project plan in two phases to first launch the informational site, and then the searchable property database.
The Result Elmwood received a functioning informative website matching the look and language of their paper marketing and a searchable database showcasing their available properties. They can log into the website to add Links, Downloads, and manage their property listings including adding up to 6 photos per property.

Scenario Rhoads Energy, a prominent local energy provider and long-time One2One customer, approached One2One about creating an online Enrollment system for their customers that would allow them to log into their website and enroll into discounted payment plans automatically. This system would need to use existing Rhoads Customer information, be updatable by Rhoads staff when pricing changed, automatically e-mail both the Rhoads customers using the system and the Rhoads employees managing the accounts, and provide easy to read, exportable reports. We met with Rhoads' senior staff to design the Enrollment systems capabilities and created a custom solution to meet their needs.
The Result Rhoads Energy has used their Online Enrollment system yearly since its creation and has returned to One2One to expand and update the system's functionality annually. Currently Rhoads uses 4 separate Enrollment systems for each of their 4 Energy Companies, each custom designed and skinned by One2One.
