Q. Do you set up hardware or software I've purchased from you?


A. Yes. In addition to helping you purchase hardware that is optimal for your environment, we'll also deliver and install it for you.

Q. How do I get support?


A. We're available 24/7 for our clients. During business hours, call (717) 393-7403 or email support@one2onecomputers.com. After business hours, call (717) 393-7403, and leave a message. Our on-call technician will receive the call, and if your issue is an emergency, we will contact you immediately. For matters that are not mission critical, you will be contacted promptly the next business day.

Q. You said you can help with consistent hardware and software procurement. What do you mean by that?


A. It's important to make sure that every piece of hardware and software your business uses is compatible. For example, if you buy X Accounting Software and it isn't designed to run on Y Operating System, your investment is essentially a waste. With our Hardware and Software Procurement services, we'll review your current technical environment and recommend solutions that fit both your technical needs and your budget.

Q. Am I required to have an agreement to use your services?

Q. Are your technicians available after business hours?


A. We have on-call technicians who are available from 5:00pm to 8:00am. Priority is given to clients with an active agreement. To reach the on-call technician, call (717) 393-7403. The on-call technician will receive the call, and if your issue is an emergency, you will be contacted immediately. For matters that are not mission critical, you will be contacted promptly the next business day.

A. Yes! Click "My Account" in the top right corner of any page within the One2One Inc. site.
