Scenario
Lebanon Federal Credit Union was interested in setting up a new domain controller with additional user security.

Company Profile
The credit union was chartered in June 1969 as Aluminum Workers Federal Credit Union and changed its name to Lebanon Federal Credit Union in 1994. On January 19, 2004 the Credit Union's charter was revised to include persons who live, work, worship, attend school in, or have a business in Lebanon County are eligible to join LFCU. They have 2 locations in Lebanon to offer services to community members.

Benefits
Purchase of new server for domain controller. Installation and setup of new hardware completed. New server joined to existing domain and account master transferred to new domain controller, allowing the existing server to continue operation and allow the transfer of data and programs to the new server. After the initial configuration, organizational and security groups were set up to lock down user permissions for security purposes. This new set up provides network stability and increased security allowing users to better serve their clients.

The planning stages of this project began in August 07. The client initially wanted the project completed by September, however due to delays in other unrelated company projects, they decided to push this back to October. This installation took place the first weekend in October. We worked outside our normal business hours to cater to the clients need to have minimal downtime during the change-over. We came in on budget and the client was satisfied with the result.

One2One continues to provide recommendations for network improvements and assists this client with technical issues as needed.

Scenario
Mikus Law Associates recently moved offices from Lancaster City to a Carriage House on several acres of property. The owner requested that the wireless network in the home be strengthened, as well as allow the nearby offices to use the same wireless connection.

Company Profile
For more than 30 years, Mikus Law Associates has represented only accident victims and their families.

Benefits
All new office data and phone networking was completed by One2One.The wireless signal in the home was increased with the installation of a wireless access point on the third floor. The network was further strengthened with the installation of a Cisco bi-directional wireless antenna on the home. This created a campus like atmosphere in which multiple buildings are able to utilize one wireless network. The new office is able to access and use this wireless network.

We were able to order the necessary parts from our vendors and receive the parts the next business day. We worked with the clients schedule to complete the installation. The client is satisfied with the results. We were able to come in on budget for this project.

Setup of the new office in Shoemakersville included wiring, complete network setup, and PC purchases, setup, and installation.

The MPLS system and office setups needed to be completed by October; however the installation was delayed on the part of the phone service provider. We worked with the client to complete as much as we could before the phone service provider was available. We completed the job as soon as the phone service provider finished their part. The client was informed of the status at every stage of the project. The client was satisfied with our involvement and appreciated our assistance in redirecting the project during the delay. Even with this delay, we managed to meet the budget and were successful in lowering the clients monthly cost by bringing services in house and maintaining those services under their Support Contract with One2One Computers.

Ongoing support services ensure that networks and hardware are maintained to prevent system interruptions that would be damaging to ever day business operations. Secure, offsite, Remote Backup Solutions ensure that crucial data is saved and protected in case of disaster.
